Securing Your Life, Part 3 - Create an Emergency Info Document
Grab one thing to have all of your info together.

(This is part three of a three-part series. Read parts one and two)
If you suddenly need to leave in an emergency, do you have a document that contains all of your important information? Items like - insurance account numbers and phone numbers; emergency contacts; medication info; and everything else you might need to be able to get your life back and get stable while working through an event?
Great news - you can build a document like that to help out your future self!
What To Put In The Document
The goal is to have all of your information in one place. Go through all of your accounts and put in the information. Anything you might need.
Here Is A Template
I created created a free template document for you here.
This is saved in Proton Drive. Click in the top-left corner to Download as a Microsoft Word doc. Then you can use Word or Libre Office (free) to edit and put in your information.
How To Store It Securely
If you sign up for a free Proton account, you will have an online cloud host to securely store your documents.
It's a good idea to have a password manager too, to control your account.
Now you should be able to collect everything in one place. If you need to leave - grab your document, your security key, and your Go Bag - then head out. Good luck!
