Emergency Contact Info - Copy This Free Template
Copy it. Put your emergency info in. Print it out.

In the New Homeowners Guide 101 post I mention: create a document to collect all of your important phone numbers and accounts in one place. Who do you call for a fire? Where is the nearest hospital? Do you have your house insurance info handy?
A reader asked if I had a template document I could share, so you can copy it to make your own. Well, I do now.
Here is a link to the document in Proton Drive. Feel free to copy it to your own Proton drive, or download in the format of your choice. Then you can fill it with your own accounts and numbers.
Print off the first page and put it on your fridge. You can keep the contact numbers for your bank, your internet, etc. to quickly get a hold of whoever you need.
I have licensed and released the document under Creative Commons CC0 / public domain. Copy it and do what you want. The images are from freepik.com , and I only chose images that have a free-to-use license.
Good luck out there.
